oil on the belt of 2005 buick allure

there is some oil on the right side of the belt that goes to the starter and some
grinding noise if I press  on the gas pedal. Could anybody know what I have?

Possible bad CV joint on the drive axle? Does it look like a spray pattern?

thank you for your helpful reply.I went to my local garage and they had to replace the water pump and the belt and also the prestone. thanks again for your help. Happy Holidays to the whole team
