How do I remove the fuel tank to access the line from fuel tank to fuel filter?

There's an access panel in the trunk but I don't think the filter is there , it's in line as I remember , what problem are you having ? Test for proper fuel pressure . If those are original fuel lines they're most likely rusted out and ready to leak
