Fuel guage reads faulty

My question was : How do you fix a fuel guage that seems to be reading faulty and inconsistant?

I think I found the solution myself. I went through the trunk acces panel and disconnected and used electrical cleaner / lube spray on the connectors and reconnected several times. The guage seems to work ok now.

Take the connector apart and squirt some dielectric grease in the female side. That will seal out moisture and corrosion. Use it on all your electrical connections.
