2000 buick lesabre custom, my windshield wipers are not working at all

Using a test light, unplug the plug from the wiper motor, turn on your wiper switch and check for power, if you have power, your motor is bad, if no power start with the fuse, then turn switch back and forth a few times and see if you can get power, occasionally these switch's go bad but more than likely the motor is your problem
