2001 Buick LeSabre will not start

I change the alternator and I change the battery it
still will not turn over. We are getting fuel up to now
spark plugs.

what happened? does starter crank? what is fuel pressure in the rail? 35-45psi? any trouble codes?

You said it would not turn over...to that it means it would not crank. There is a starter relay...on a car that new the relay is picked by the ECM when it is satisfied everything is ok. An alarm or security system could keep the relay from picking. You may need help in figuring out why it will not crank.
