Any applicable trouble codes relating to coolant temp sensor or cooling fans? Some makes and models if you unplug the coolant temp sensor, the fan will run all the time. It's a default setting because the computer doesn't know the engine temp, because sensor is unplugged. Will replacing that sensor fix your problem?

A new Coolant temp was installed yet the two fans still won't turn on even at 216°F. Fans only come on. When the Coolant temp senor is unplugged. This is not the solution but shading more light.please contribute your idea to real solution. Thanks guys.
