Removing a Blower Motor on a 2002 Buick Lesabre

I have removed the six 7/32nd inch screws the hold the blower motor up in place but can't get the blower motor to drop down all the way. Help!

You have to remove carpet and then cut out rubber sound insulation to get the old one out and the new one in!! I just replaced one!!
