2002 Buick LeSabre Limited is making a hissing sound when I turn it on by the
rear driver-side tire. Tire isn't leaking any air, and the noise stops once I turn off
the car. The gauges and sensors are not showing any troubles, and the car is
running normal.

Sounds like a possible plugged catalytic converter creating back pressure in the exhaust. Just take the vehicle to an exhaust shop and have the exhaust inspected.
The Limited may have self leveling in the rear and the hose to that side may be damaged. Is the rear setting lower than usual?
txbarney The rear looks normal; I too thought it could be the self-leveling as when I start the vehicle it always makes a mechanical noise (like a machine turning on).
A little internet research indicates that the car did have auto leveling in the rear. You should find a link that attaches to the car body (under the car) and to the lower rear suspension arm. On one end there is a devise that turn the pump on and off based on the position of the body. The pump will be located around the rear suspension with a air line going to both rear struts. I suspect you have a leak in one of the air lines.
Sorry if it does either one of those than you have a broken vacuum line
