AC blower doesn't work

Maybe something wrong with blower motor? If blower runs intermittently, that may be a sign of bad brushes. Driving down the road, if you hit a bump does the blower motor start working? Sometimes, you can pack on the blower motor with screwdriver handle and it will start running, hvac on. You can check voltage and ground at the blower motor, when problem is ongoing.
Yes, this is exactly what happens. The ac & blower are both working fine until I have to park where there is no shade, then interior temp is hot and blower will not wotk until it cools off. Can you tell me what I need to request to have it repaired? Is this a simple fix for someone who is familiar with this. Also, any idea of what I should expect to pay for repair.

That's exactly what happened with mine. I finally brought it in. I told the mechanic that when I went over a bump it would start blowing again. Then he tapped on the blower motor with his tool and it started again. I went and got a new one and he changed it out and everything works great now. Turns out that was the problem. He said the old one was bad.

Forgot to answer your last question. The repair shop only charged me $50. for the repair (half of what they normally charge). I forgot what the blower motor costs, but I get a discount and got it for about half the price. If you have a business, have them put it into their system and you'll get discounts, too. Works for other stores, too, you just have to ask. Hope that helps.
