Car wont power up at all

My 2003 buick lesabre wont even power on new battery
and everything

There's most likely an issue with the ignition spindle, for a car that old. There are different circuits involved with turning a key and after the on circuit is surpassed it then the system activates everything involved with starting the car. But nothing is happening.. probably worn circuit on that spindle. Mechanics have special tools for those type of things. Secondly, I would look at the starter relay ( black box) for that issue. Cars age, and so do relays, they just quit working. good luck

My car does this all the time. For me it is a lose security chip behind the black rubber square on the steering column by the key. I just took that rubber out so i can push on the chip easy...since it happens so often.
