Windshield wipers

Asked by GuruPY1HL Jan 15, 2020 at 09:15 PM about the 2005 Buick LeSabre Custom Sedan FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I'm parked and after watching my wipers for half an hour
they are working fine on the lowest speed. But the moment
I start to move my car they'll randomly jump to the 2
highest speeds as well as return to normal. It seems the
faster I go the more chaotic they become. I replaced the
wiper relay but that did not help. If the mother is fine and
the fuse is fine and the relay is fine what else could it be?
Thanks for any help you can give.

Automatic rain sensing wipers were available in 2005. If you have them, that is probably your problem. I would just go into the setting and turn them off. So you can control your wipers the way you want.
