Front lights

Asked by Mike Jun 02, 2018 at 11:55 AM about the 2005 Buick LeSabre Custom Sedan FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I purchased the car the light worked fine. I
had a light out so I purchased and changed the
light. Now the blinker is blinking fast as if its bad
but all the bulbs are new. Is this an electrical issue?
Please help!

The blinker/flasher works because the bi-metal strip get hot and bends. the more load you put on the blinker, the faster it will blink. You may have put the wrong bulbs in (draw more current) or the previous owner put in the wrong blinker.
