How do I troubleshoot the gauges on my 1995 Buick Park Avenue Ultra:
After having the battery checked out at Auto Zone my gauges stopped working except for
the tackometer(sp). I have checked out the fuses but not sure where to go from here.
Tachometer. Anyway, that is really odd that after having your battery tested they suddenly quit like that. It got me thinking it's something they did....too much of a coincidence. If they disconnected it, make sure the ground(s) are good, clean, tight from battery to chassis/frame, The tachometer works off the coil in a 1995, so it would not be effected like the rest of the instrument cluster. Here is a wiring diagram, for what its worth. maybe you can see it, I can't. click on it
