the blower fan stay on with key off

It would be in the blower motor resistor. Replace blower motor resistor.

The Reatta has a blower motor control module (no resistor) when it fails the blower motor will continue to run. It is located on the motor side of the firewall

I had this same problem... I had it repaired...now I know what was wrong... I unplugged the fan until I had it fixed.... this would have been wonderful to know
