What causes moan at 4000 rpm

With the engine in neutral, when I accelerate to 4000 rpm, I experience a moan and shaking at the front of the car. It will reoccur each time at 4000 rpm. What's the
problem.

sounds like full rpms... shaking might be loose mounts. engine should not move more than 1/2" when shifting the gears.
