My '92 Caprice Classic will run fine for a day and then will stall and die at a stop. Sometimes c an restart, bvut often have to remove the breather, start it, put the breather back on. Also stalls when making turns. Air filter is good, I removed it and tried to start but no go. Have to remove the breather, start it, and then put it back on. Has a new distibuter, control module, fuel pump, fuel filter, oil pressure sesnsor, egr vale and solenoid. What might cause this?

Is your fuel filter put on correctly? When the breather goes on, it creates a bigger vacuum for the fuel need and if the filter is backwards, it will close and starve the engine. It also could be a sensor for the gas/fuel mixture, a clogged cat, or other electronic regulator.

you mass air flow sensor should be in the air cleaner, try changing that, also your mass air pressure sensor is on the firewall, maybe change that too. when a temp sensor goes bad it will tell the computer the car is still cold, that will also cause car to run improperly.

Plugged catalytic converter. Remove oxygen sensor and drive it. If it runs good then the catalytic converter is plugged

Five years my car kept acting up.no power would stall at stops and when turning. Changed distributor cap and rotor .fuel filter. Spark plug wires.spark plugs oxygen sensor. Then I pulled oxygen sensor off. And it ran awesome. Put new catalytic convertor.runs like a brand new car
