Electrical issues

1994 Chevy Cheyyene C2500 5.7L V8 350
I have a new battery, new alternator, and new
alternator to battery wire, when i turn on the
headlights i can hear the idle slow down and the
fuel pump slow down as well, and i also see the
voltage drop significantly too, the same things
happen when i use my brakes or turn signals, and
after 10-20 minutes of driving the voltage starts
reading lower and lower as if it was being drained,
but i have already replaced the battery and
alternator for other problems and both of them are
testing good, i plan on verifying grounds next, but
anybody else have any idea's?
