Why dose my truck act like it wants to die driving down the road

I have a 1990 chevy k2500 Silverado with a
5.7 in it and as iam driving down the road it
acts like it is flooding out and i rebuilt the tbi
changed the fuel pump and filter changed the
computer,ignition coil,ignition modular in the
distributor new IAC, new tps iam stumped
help please
