1999 chev 3500 won't start

Truck has a hard time starting in the
damp weather, new distributor cap
and rotor button several times, can't
seem to figure out what's wrong

Wires, coil, or fuel pressure, it should be 56 to 62 lbs at the Schrader valve...
a 1999 chevy 3500 with a 5.7 engine. I have replace spark plugs, spark plugs wires, coil, crank sensor,module, and distristrue cap and rotor.

Add new furl tank new fuel pump... New distributor.. Still cranks but no start Fixed moisture no stsrts by grounding the coil directly to the firewall.
