If your 454 makes no power with 4.10 gears there is a problem. Have a mechanic go over it.
My Mechanic says that motor just does NOT make power, we have changed the spark plugs, wires, dist . cap and rotor, added a tpi spacer and cold air kit, change motor and rear end oil to synthetic, now just looking for a computer chip or programmer that will get me 2 to 3 miles towing my drag race car. What is your suggestion if any?
My suggestion is to dump the truck or find a competent mechanic.
Now that is a piss poor answer for some one that is trying to sell a product ?
I am not trying to sell anything. You wanted my opinion and you got it. Sounds like you have been wasting money on this pig. BTW. How much weight are you towing?
I will give you an example. I can tow a 35' travel trailer (10,000 lbs) up a pretty good grade at 55 mph (with the AC blasting) and still get fuel economy in the low teens with my 2002 F150.

Driving 60 65 I average anywhere between 5.6 and 8 mpg, if I reduce my speed to 50 55 I increase mpg to 10.3. I often hear people say they have better things to do than spend all day on the freeway !! However I am also less stressed, it may take longer to get where I am going but in the end the higher mpg saves money. Fact is on a 30 gal tank, I gain an average of 60 miles more per tank. That equates to an average saving of 6 gals and at an average cost of $2. 30 per gallon gives a savings of $ 13 .80 per tank full... Slow down and you'll do fine ..
