1999 Chevy Suburban K1500 engine turns over, has gas and strong spark but won't start

Aamco has changed almost everything, ECM, spark plugs,
fuel pump and filter, oil, air filter, cam sensor, igniter,
distributor, Vehicle has fuel and spark but just won't start.
Have paid over $2000 and still don't have my truck

What about the crank shaft sensor? If it is bad it would not start.

See my truck would start but it wouldn’t move when my crank sensor was bad and it sat for four years so it should run
Crank and cam sensors must coralate with each other , to advance timing , replace both set timing with comp box with good cap roster wires and plugs it should crank.
