i have a 1998 c1500 i just put headgaskets on it and now i have no compression plz help

Did you properly torque the heads back down and in the right sequence?

I am thinking possibly valve lash issue. If to tight valves will never fully close. If they don't close fully you will have no compression. And is it on all cylinders?

and the gaskets right side up? They do have a head side and a block side

I got it the lifters lost prime and now she's running like a champ thanks for the help
