98 c1500 no crank , no start.

98' chevy 2wd silverdo. No crank , no start. The
lights and radio turn off when trying to crank. The
starter and fuel pump relays click when trying to
crank. What do you think it could be? Changed
relays and no change.

I'm thinking that your battery posts and cables might need to be cleaned and tightened. This is usually a good place to start when checking on electrical issues.

Check negative battery cable. Likes to rot out from the inside unnoticed. Also 98 can standard with passlock system. Main sensor is inside lock cylinder and engages kill switch when it shorts/ fails. Be sure to do 30 minute reset process anfter installing new key lock cylinder to get ecm to recognize.
