How can I get more horsepower for my97 z71 Chevy truck

dont install a true cold air intake if you ever take this truck off road or like to hit puddles, but a better flowing air plenum is still a good idea. Decent cat back setup (not true duals). thats the cheapest thing you can do. A tune after that will yield some results as well. After that you would need some cash to make some hard improvements, like porting heads and better cam. HP is money, if you want reliable power you need $$$
