Misfire

I'm looking at a 1997 Chevy 1500. Has a misfire in
cylinder 7 he has already changed plugs wires cap
rotor and fuel pump. Ideas on what else could be
wrong

Could be fuel injector related or compression related
Did you visually check for spark at number 7? You used a gage and checked proper fuel pressure? I agree with the other person about fuel injector and compression. You might try a cylinder balance test, kill the cylinders, one at a time, fuel or spark. If you kill a cylinder that has no effect on rpms, that cylinder is dead, then you check fuel--spark--compression on that cylinder. It may lead back to #7?
Could be a stuck valve or possibly a bad spark plug. I would check the gap on the spark plug, then swap plug to another cylinder and see what it does.
