no insturement panel lights and no tail lights

instrument panel lights and tail lights do not work

See diagram for park lamp fuse, interior fuse box, hot all the time. Not only check the fuse, use a test light and check voltage on fuse circuit. As you can see, the tail lamps are wired through the headlamp/dimmer switch, they go hot when turn on the switch. At the tail lamps in diagram, the top brown wire is voltage, the bottom black wire is ground. Check for voltage and ground at the rear lamps. Hopefully if you fix the tail lamps it may also fix the dash lamps?
