96 CHEYENNE STUMBLES

My truck stumbles when I accelerate . Starts fine, revs up and runs great at
an idle. Replaced the EGR valve as someone suggested but still runs rough
during acceleration. Had a complete tuneup done a couple of years back
and it ran great for two years. It now has 234k on the truck. Don't want to
replace parts that don't need to be replaced. No fault codes come up so the
repair shop can't help me. Any suggestions?
