I want to change my 92 chevy 4.3 motor and put a 96 chevy 4.3 vortec motor in the truck.Will it inner change

They will not interchange. Your '92 engine is controlled by a OBD1 computer and the '96 is controlled by a OBDII computer. And it is not just changing the computers to make it work.
