When I start my truck after running for awhile it idles real low and shakes a little. Sometimes when driving and it shifts, it feels like a loss of power. I have no idea. Anyone have any leads?

Remove your throttle body and thoroughly clean it with a can of throttle body cleaner. Remove your Idle Air Control Valve and replace it. If you have a Mass Air Flow sensor, remove that also and clean with a can of MAF cleaner. Post back with results.....Here's a short video on IAC...... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MwNuZRtAyco
With your response it leads me to another question. Is it possible for the fuel system to need a replacement? I was reading on recalls. One was fuel system. Or fuel pump.
If you give your VIN# to the dealer, they can tell you if your vehicle falls under the recall. I would first do the cleaning and IAC replacement before I jumped into a total fuel system replacement. May not hurt to replace the fuel filter also. Fuel pumps don't usually fail at a gradual pace. Every fuel pump failure I have had just happens in an instant. Fine one minute, and bang, total failure.
While your in there, change out your Engine Coolant Temp sensor also. If that goes bad, that can really raise havoc with engine performance. Really cheap part. Usually under $20.
