Hesitation when raining out side

I have a 95 chevy 350 4wheel drive
what causes it to hesitate or act like it
is running out of gas when it rains or
damp out side

The only sensor affected by weather is the map sensor it reads barometric pressure until the engine starts and runs. I hope this helps you
