4.3l chev pu starts,runs poorly and stalls when the brake is applied. This just began this morning it ran fine on the way home last night.

I have a 1994 Chev 1/2 ton ext cab 2wd w/ about 250,000mi. It has been a great truck. This morning it started but ran really rough and would hardly accelerate. every time I applied the brakes it stalled . Last night  when I drove home it ran just fine what could have happened  overnight ?

Hey CamaroCollector, Sorry I took so long to reply. I disconnected the vacuum line from the booster and plugged it with a chapstik cap and she runs like a champ. Of course the brakes don't work so very good ,but that's an easy fix. Thanks for the insight. gvaughn54
