Gas Mileage

I have a 1994 Chevy K1500. I seem to only be able
to get 10 mpg city. I have a singlestraight pipe, 3"
from the headers to a 5" tip. I dont drive very far all
the time but the little miles add up. Is there anyway
I could make it better

I have a mostly stock 1995 tahoe 4x4. I can't break 11.5 no matter how hard I try. That exhaust isn't helping anything tho. Unless you have the rare diesel truck
