later model GM trucks had bucket seats even in the cheapest models....they did not call them bucket seats but they had 40-20-40 seats, there was a filler between the seats and an armrest that when folded up you could seat 3 people in the front. I do not know if the mounting system is the same but you can do a lot of things with a welder.
You can put bucket seats in. I’m about to tomorrow. I have vinyl 40/60 bench seat in my 94 k2500 TD and I’m actually putting in the captain buckets from a crew cab. Driver side should bolt right up but when you go to do the passenger side, bolt up the two outside bolt (towards the door) and then just take a sharpie to the inside bolts to mark for your drilling. Then take the seat back out and drill your holes. I’m gonna try to use the same bolt from my middle part of my 60 side of my bench seat.
is this seat for sale if so send me an email at jrock.johnson42@gmail.com
