Doesn't go past 99 mph

That is were the governor is set. Not going to go faster. And why would you want too? I know because I like pushing my vehicles also, it's not right, but...

Light truck tires are not rated for high speed. Driving a truck at speeds near the limiter is just plain dumb. If a tire comes apart at 99 mph I hate to think what would happen.
