Asked by Rhyndac Apr 20, 2023 at 04:57 PM about the 1993 Chevrolet C/K 1500 Silverado Extended Cab RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Items replaced: Fuel pump relay, ignition module, 8 spark plugs with the
connectors, fuel filter, fuel lines towards the engine, EGR valve, and solenoid.
The grounds around the engine are fine. The battery and alternator are good.
When the key is turned the pump does activate but the gas isn't pumping.
There is zero pressure. What could the issue be?

Why don't you drop the tank and check the condition of the pump and tank contents . .Buy OEM /AC delco parts , Anything from auto zoo or nipa will rust out in 5 years or give you problems , Great trucks

A lot of these older fuel pumps and strainers can't handle E10 fuel, most likely you will need to replace the pump and strainer with the new ethanol resistant equipment.
