No spark no fuel

Asked by Ronald Sep 08, 2017 at 10:31 AM about the 1993 Chevrolet C/K 1500 Silverado Extended Cab RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

93 Chevy Silverado 5.7l want start I have threw
money at many parts such as ignition module,
ignition coil, fuel pump relay ,fuel pump, spark plugs
and wires, and the ignition switch. None of these
has fixed the problem. This is a great running truck
when it's up. I was told that the distributor could be
the problem, but for both no spark and no
fuel.never heard of that. Is this true or not, or does
any body know what can be the culprit to my
problem here would be well appreciated

I was told the pickup coil is burning out a sensor. I'm about to replace the distributor as well. I'll let you know if it worked.
