Have you tried turning your dimmer switch all the way up?
Ok most dash lights use same power as your parking lights. Are your parking lights working ok? If so it's probably either the switch or the bulbs themselves behind the dash.
Not sure about your model but I have also seen the sauder board(green circuit board that is attached to the back of some dashes) have cracks across some of the circuit lines. With dash cluster removed you can track the positive and negative circuits that power the lights in the dash. If a break in the circuit is found you can either replace it or I have in the past carefully saudered the cracks.
Just start wacking it and say come on girl litgher up and she always does thats wat i do with my truck
