There is air still in the system. This is how to release air. Remove overflow tank cap fill to full level leave cap off and start vehicle at let idle and reach operating temp. Coolent in tank will start to back up into tank that is why you leave space in tank for this to happen but once t-stat starts to open coolent level in tank will go down when this happens full tank with anti freeze to full mark then put cap back on. That should do it.
