Check alignment as the tire may be off set from where it should be . Caused by hitting road debris, parking curbs, sidewalks, fat chipmunks, or pot holes in the road. You also may have damaged suspension parts. Is there anything lose underneath that shows rubbing? Easy to see as it will be rubbed clean where the tire should hit it.
