How to replace Toyota Tundra extended cab door handle

My Driver side rear door handle for my
2007 extended cab tundra was bent and I
need to replace it. How do I disassemble
to replace the handle?

You must take the interior door panel off to access the bars for the door handle. Make sure you find all the screws (usually on and around the grip for closing the door) and be very careful when removing as there are only plastic clips holding it on. Once that's done, look in the jamb by the latch mechanism and you should see a bolt. Remove the bar from inside the door and the bolt from the jamb, along with any bracket used to hold the exterior handle in place. Reverse process to re-install.
