Camry consumes extra fuel

My camry 2007 le 2.4 is rich on idle and lean under
throttle and cruise, rich - 7 lean while driving +5.
I noticed the car when braking goes into Open loop
and the A/f sensor reading in my Obd2 scan reads
5v and as soon as i accelerate it goes down
between 3.01 to 3.6v rarely 3.3 and i installed this
engine recently the old engine failed and started
making sounds with oil light and with same fuel
consumption. The car vibrates on idle and the
vibration increases with AC on, the Engine load
readings is higher than my friends camry is it the
o2 sensor? Or a vacuum leak? Or Cat Convertor or
injectors?

Your not gonna get answrs like that on here lol most youll get is "check your battery connections" or "take it to a mechanic" yeah bunch of real gurus on here
