2007 Camry overhearing

Driving home yesterday in 2007 camry and gauge
is hot pulled over lifted hood and antifreeze
everywhere.  Took radiator off today and replaces
it and a thermostat and a new radiator cap. Filled
up antifreeze and put tester on it and showing
15lbs air pressure as soon as we cranked over car
and went up to 30 and cut car off.  Thinking now
may be bad head gasket or head...opinions
please?

Yep, there is a bad head gasket. The head would have to be removed in-order to fix it.

The problem there is the head is probably warped and needs resurfacing to make it flat. It should be checked for cracks also.
