2007 camry wont star

my 2007 camry wont star, the alternator has been
replaced, the battery is fine, we tried jump starting it
but only the lights turn on but not the car

Does the engine crank at all? If not then perhaps stater solenoid might be bad.

Have you checked your ignition switch? Have you hit any bumps or Curves or anything like that to jostle it?
