Hi....with my daughter taking over my 1991 K5 Blazer, I have finally found the motivation to start troubleshooting and/or read about glitches that I would more often than not look over. Nevertheless....a few issues that I have come across regarding the vehicle not starting, but turning over have been a blown fuse to the computer, a loose ground strap located under the vehicle, and possibly a weak fuel pump and/or a sensor or two. I would check out the first couple....and comment from there.
