power steering out/ has fluid in reservoir

power steering stopped working there is fluid in the reservoir

It will still turn alright though?...I mean that physically something is not impairing the movement down tnere? have you looked for extraneous elements of failure, such as broken mounting bolts or siezed steering dampener?

Ok roy no belt no pump pressure. It is.very likely.a pump is needed I was only being through any back yarder can throw parts at a car
