How longs since spark plugs, dist cap and rotor button been replaced?

fuel is going only through one of two injectors, this is wrong? all other parts are new

The cooling fans are not working . straight wired them and they work . Changed the thermostat , and sending unit on the water pump. Checked the fuses and they are both good. I need help
