The blinkers were going really fast then I bought new ones Then red the manual and it said if that happens then I'm having electrical problems what does that mean

Hi lori! When you said you bought new blinkers, did you mean the lights, or the flasher relay? The flasher replay seems like a possible suspect here but you should consult the parts guy at your local Chevy dealer. he will either know the cure for this or ask his service manager for you. Good luck!

my mothers pt is doing the same thing but when i went home and hit a couple bumps it was fine so i wasted money on two bulbs for the turn lights on both front and rear but i now know that is the whole electrical system and not just the turn lights

FYI, a lot of the electronic flashers are designed to "fast flash" to let you know a bulb is burned out.
