I have a 1989 350 5.7 TbI and I have a 96 GMC 1500 with a 305 5.0L Vortec with over 250,000 miles can I use the the heads from the Votec 305 5.0L on the 350 5.7L TBI? I am replacing the timing chain and gears on my 96 GMC 1500 5.0L. 305 if I want to change the cam should I do all of it a the same time. I am also going to replace some of the gaskets to hopefully get a few more miles out of of the motor that has 400000 miles. Can you suggest anything else to help me to get a few more miles without doing a rebuild. 1 Answer
