1989 gmc s-15 4.3 liter

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Truck has little power at take off and
sometimes feels as if it is going to
turn off. Changed sprk plugs,wires,
fuel filter but still stalling out on take
off. Can someone help me out and
changed throttle body and injectors

http://autorepair.about.com/library/firing_orders/bl-fo-9941.htm -- check this out if unsure your plug wires were put back on in correct order. Also have you checked the cat converter?

2 things. 1.) Check the fuel pressure (may have a weak pump or clogged filter). 2.) If the fuel pressure is good then check the ICM and/or pick-up in the distributor.
