How can I turn my alarm off my 2003 saab 9-3 linear 2.0t? key fob don't work

Take key out of car,remove the positive cable for about ten minute,s,place key back in car and turn to the on posistion,and then replace the cable.

It still doesn't work the key doesn't the key still doesn't turn
